HINDU UNITY DAY IN NEW YORK A GRAND SUCCESS

HINDU UNITY DAY IN NEW YORK A GRAND SUCCESS
NARAIN KATARIA IN NEW YORK

Resolved to keep a vigilant eye on anti-Hindu forces in media which have been unfairly and deliberately slandering and demonizing Hindu Samaj;
Resolved to raise voice unitedly if there is any discrimination, injustice or cruelty perpetrated on any Hindu anywhere in the world.
The 20th Hindu Unity Day (Hindu Sangathan Divas) was celebrated  with pomp, position, dignity, enthusiasm  and grandeur in New York on August 30th.
Hindu Unity Day is celebrated every year in New York in commemoration of the coronation of  Ch. Shivaji Maharaj, the Hindu warrior king who, after demolishing Islamic domination, established Hindu kingdom in India in 1674. In actuality, it has become a tradition for Hindus in New York.
The Auditorium was packed to capacity.  The enthusiasm and jubilation on the part of audience was seen to be believed.  The general mood of public and the atmosphere in the auditorium was simply electrifying.   The energetic spirit of attendees from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Guyana and Trinidad living in New York who freely mingled with one another irrespective of the distinctions of caste, creed, color, language, gender and nationality  shattered the myth and debunked the obnoxious theories propounded by the prophets of doom that Hindus cannot be united.

The meeting was addressed by Dr. Subramanian Swamy, senior BJP leader and former Cabinet Minister of Law, Justice and Commerce, Government of India;  Rajiv Malhotra, Founder and President of Infinity Foundation, author, philanthropist and community leader;  Suresh Chavanke, Chairman, CEO of Sudarshan TV;  Aditi Banerjee, Corporate Counsel at Leading Global Financial Services Firm;  Dr. Uma Mysorekar, President, Hindu Temple Society of North America, Vijay Shertukde, Author of Novel, “BLUR”;  Vibhuti Jha, an entrepreneur;  Devendra Singh, Founder of HindiUSA, the largest Hindi organization in the United States;  Dr. Rajesh Shukla, Member, Central Committee Overseas Friends of BJP, Jagdish Sewhani, HSS Coordinator Community Reach;   Surinder Verma,  Dr. Urmilesh Arya, Satya Dosapati, and Amya Gulati.
Dr. Subramanian Swamy, a true personification of the leadership qualities like courage, fearlessness and perseverance was the Chief Guest at this function.  In his brilliant speech, Dr. Swamy time and again,  so enthralled the audience with his forceful narration and outstanding arguments in support of the Hindu unity, that he received a frequent ovation from the audience.
Suresh Chavanke was another eloquent  speaker who exposed the insidious designs of anti-Indian forces who have been clandestinely  working  to destroy India  from within.
“The notion of Dalit-Christian has been developed to convince the Dalits that they are  non-Hindus, and that Hinduism is  a system of exploitation for which Christianity is  the solution.  It is, therefore,  necessary that  evangelist-left nexus, media mediocrity must be fought”, emphasized  Mr.  Malhotra.
Aditi Banerjee suggested that we Hindus should  devote more attention, energy and resources  to leadership training.  We need the leaders who are talented, who have vision,  who can think strategically and who can manage and motivate a team.
(Video of the entire function is being edited and will be forwarded to my list in a couple of days.)

In recognition of their dedication and commitment to Hindu Samaj, Dr. Uma Mysorekar and Devendra Singh were honored with the award of  “DHARMA RAKSHAK” and Suresh Chavanke was awarded the title of “DHARMA YODHA” by the  Chief Guest Dr. Subramanian Swamy.
Presence of Vice Consul from Indian Consulate Shri Shambhu Amitabh  who had graced the occasion with his presence,  was acknowledged and recognized by the Organizers.
The followinsg resolutions were passed unanimously by the voice vote:
We hereby solemnly take a vow that:
1.     From this day onward we will work for the rejuvenation, reinvigoration, unification and consolidation of the Hindu Samaj;

Bullet-for-Bullet Could Eliminate Terrorism from India

Bullet-for-Bullet Could Eliminate Terrorism from India
– Sardar Joginder Singh, Ex CBI Chief

From: Narain Kataria

FOURTEENTH HINDU SANGATHAN DIVAS
(HINDU UNITY DAY) REPORT

The Hindu Temple Society of North America, The Indian American Intellectuals Forum (“Forum”) and several other Hindu organizations joined hands to celebrate with pomp, pageantry and enthusiasm the Fourteenth Hindu Sangathan Divas (Hindu Unity Day) on August 10, 2008 at Hindu Temple Auditorium in Flushing, New York.

The upscale auditorium was packed to capacity, including the balcony. Inside, there were more than 1000 Hindus present. Putting aside their caste, creed, color, nationality, the Hindus from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Guyana, Trinidad and many other countries, participated in the most unique event of the times – the Hindu Unity Day – with a lot of energy, enthusiasm, zeal and gusto. The assertion of the newly born Hindu pride and confidence had to be seen to be believed.

The high-profile dignitaries, who addressed the huge audience were: Dr. Subramanian Swamy, the Chief Guest and President of Janata Party in India and the former Law Minister; Sardar Joginder Singh, the Keynote Speaker and former Chief of India’s Central Bureau of Intelligence; Rajeev Malhotra, the Founder of Infinity Foundation and a philanthropist; Sri Nithya Bhaktananda Swamy, the very successful business professional turned spiritual master, and Dr. Uma Mysorekar, the President of Hindu Temple Society of North America.

The fact that the event evoked so much of interest and involvement of so many Hindus from the tri-state area, and elsewhere, demolished the frequently propounded theory by the prophets of doom, and exploded their much-hyped myth that the Hindus simply cannot work in unison.

The Hindu public and the assembled leaders deliberated over the serious problems of the persecution of Hindus in Bangladesh, the terrorist bomb blasts in mega Indian cities such as Bangaluru, Jaipur and Ahmedabad, the forcible conversion of Hindus to other religions, the acquisition of Hindu temple lands by governments in India, the return of 100 acre land back to the Amarnath Shrine, widespread terrorism and rampant corruption in governmental agencies. Numerous resolutions were proposed and were passed unanimously by voice vote, and are attached herewith.

In his hard-hitting speech supported by facts, Dr. Subramanian Swamy stated that the anti-Hindu focus of the present UPA government in India has become abundantly obvious, especially in the case of Sethusamudram Ship Channel Project that was supposedly needed to accomplish certain maritime objectives. Here, all along, the government was insisting to follow one particular route that required destroying the historical Rama Setu, the ancient bridge built by the army of Rama in order to reach the island of Lanka.

That was despite the fact that there are five other alternative routes available to accomplish what was needed. Yet, the government was hell-bent on breaking the Rama Setu and hurting the sentiments of nine hundred fifty million Hindus. “Why?” Dr. Swamy asked. “Is that because Karunanidhi (Tamil Nadu Chief Minister) and Sonia (Congress Party Chairperson) hate the Hinduism?”

For the first time since 1947, Hindus have won a court case for Hinduism, by having the Supreme Court direct the national government look for another route because, as the Judges observed, "Where the faith is hurt, development project has to give way." Now the government is exploring an alternative route, which was Dr. Swamy's demand in his Writ Petition, to begin with.

Dr. Swamy argued that the terrorists have political objectives that we can act to nullify. For example, he cited the fact that terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir have killed the Hindu Pandits and driven out 375,000 Hindus to create a Caliphate there. "Retaliate," he thundered, "by sending one million ex-servicemen to settle in the Valley for good. Give them the necessary weapons to defend themselves and also an amount of Rs. 5 lakh each to build their homes."

Furthermore, Dr. Swamy said, “If the terrorists bomb our temples, then send the army to take over the Mosque built on the Kashi-Vishwanath temple, and restore the entire area to Lord Shiva." “If the Bangladeshis infiltrate into India as they have,” Dr. Swamy pointed out, “then demand the territory from Bangladesh.” "Let us send a column of Indian army from Khulna to Sylhet in Bangladesh and annex the top one-third of that nation as the compensation," he said.

The jam-packed auditorium roared with approval at every punch line and gave Dr. Swamy a standing ovation for five minutes when he finally finished his talk.

Speaking on the menace of terrorism, former CBI chief Sardar Joginder Singh said, “Nowhere in the world was the problem of terrorism ever tackled through talks with the terrorists.” Quoting Gulam Nabi Azad, a Congress veteran leader and an ex-Chief Minister of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, Sardar Joginder Singh said, “He (Azad) had once said that ‘bullet-for-bullet’ was the only way to solve the problem of terrorism. You have to kill the terrorists or else they will kill you.”

“Thousands of innocent people have been killed in India due to terrorism,” lamented Joginder Singh, “We should follow the Israeli model to handle terrorism. In Israel, citizens have been trained to be vigilant about the suspicious activities of anti-national elements. Hence, it is the duty of government to encourage citizens to cooperate with it. At the same time, it is the responsibility of every citizen to cooperate with security agencies in capturing terrorists.

Rajeev Malhotra, a highly acclaimed intellectual and a philanthropist, was honored at the Unity event for his exceptional services to the Hindu society. Mr. Malhotra emphasized the importance of maintaining our Hindu identity.

Sri Nitya Bhaktananda Swamy said that Hinduism believes in giving, loving, sharing and caring. Temples play very important role in uniting the Hindu people. Scriptures, Guru-shishya tradition, temples and society are the four pillars of Hindu Dharma.

Dr. Uma Mysorekar said, “It was wrong to say that Hinduism is merely a way of life. Hinduism is a full-fledged religion and has its own scriptures, methodology and identity.”

Earlier in the event, Indira Narasimharajan welcomed the audience. Narain Kataria, the President of Intellectual Forum, while welcoming Sardar Joginder Singh, said that Hindus and Sikhs have suffered immensely at the hands of invaders while they have also rejoiced together. Hindus consider Sikhs as their blood brothers. The system of “Roti” and “Beti” is still prevalent between the Sikhs and Hindus in Punjab. Guru Arjun Dev, Guru Teg Bahadur and Guru Gobind Singh and his four sons sacrificed their lives for the protection of Hindu Dharma. Contributions of Sikhs in the struggle for India’s freedom are unparalleled in the annals of history.

Arish Sahani, the Vice President of the Forum proposed a vote of thanks and Rene Lobo, a distinguished journalist, Director of Community News at television channel ITV and a budding politician emceed the event.

14th HINDU SANGATHAN DIVAS
RESOLUTIONS PASSED

We believe that under the present conditions, the future of Hindus is in peril and the survival of India is in danger. To avert this calamity, we strongly urge the Government of India to initiate a process to implement the following resolutions:

1. Abrogate the Article 30 of Indian Constitution because it is discriminatory against majority community (Hindus). It allows state and federal funding to minority institutions, including Madrasas that have become the breeding ground for Islamic terrorism.
2. Implement Uniform Civil Code (Article 44).
3. Repeal Article 370 of India’s Constitution in order to fully integrate Jammu & Kashmir with the rest of India.
4. Expel all illegal infiltrators and set-up stringent conditions to prevent any further infiltration from Bangladesh, Pakistan etc.
5. Free all Hindu temples from the Government control.
6. Ban cow slaughter throughout India.
7. Build Ramjnmabhoomi Temple at Ayodhya (India) by passing a law in the Parliament.
8. Restore the land allotment to the Board of Amarnath Shrine in Jammu.
9. No reservations of any kind on the basis of religion.
10. All citizens must be treated equally; there must be no appeasement and no discrimination.
11. Hindus should establish one billion dollar strong “Hindu Support Fund” to take care of Hindus suffering from the terrorism.
12. In order to bring the Hindus of the world on one platform, Hindu leaders should agree to observe one day in a year, preferably the Guru Purnima Day, as the “International Hindu Unity Day.”

HINDU POLITICAL PARTY; THE IDEA WHOSE TIME HAS COME

HINDU POLITICAL PARTY; THE IDEA WHOSE TIME HAS COME

From: Narain Kataria in New York

Twelfth Hindu Sangathan Divas (Hindu Unity Day) in which more than 700 Hindus representing all sections of the Hindu society enthusiastically participated in New York will be remembered for a very long time to come. The significance of this celebration lies in the fact that it was joined by two very powerful Hindu leaders from India: Didi Maa Saadhvi Ritambhara ji and Dr. Subramanian Swamy. In the celebration, a unique resolution, that has the potential of having a far reaching impact on the Indian polity, was passed by the participants with a unanimous voice vote.

The resolution read by Srichand Sidhwani, a senior Hindu community activist, and seconded by Dr. Babu Suseelan, a psychiatrist from Pennsylvania said:

“It is hereby unanimously resolved that a Hindu political party be formed in India. Aims of this political party would be to safeguard the legitimate interests of Hindus in India, preserve the Hindu character of country, and ultimately capture the political power.”

Sadhvi Ritambhara, the keynote speaker said that Hindus should derive inspiration from the noble lives of Sri Guru Govind Singh, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Maharana Pratap Singh, Subhash Chandra Bose, Veer Savarkar and others who fought like lions to protect the motherland and sacrificed their lives at the altar of nation. It is an irony of fate that the present Hindu politicians are behaving like lambs. We have been too tolerant and too peaceful. We always talk of peace. But, we need to remember that in order to establish peace we have to be the worshipper of Shakti.

Disunity amongst us has been the bane of Hindu society. In order to achieve the unity among Hindus, we must stop the internal squabbles. Also, there is an identity crisis in Hindu society. Our excessive emphasis on the divisive factors such as the caste, language and province is the main cause of many of our maladies. .

To solve all our social and national problems, and thereby experience an incredible power within ourselves, we need to remember the fact that we are “Hindus.” The word “Hindu” has great magical powers that could easily unite and strengthen us all. If we identify ourselves as Hindus, we will emerge as invincible and our voice will be heard with respect and attention.

It is a matter of great regret that Hindus today have become refugees in their very own country. Kashmiri Hindus are languishing in refugee camps. Young Hindu girls are routinely molested and brutalized in Bangladesh, Pakistan and the Indian Kashmir. Hindu leaders live in the fool’s paradise. They mistakenly believe that by indulging in the appeasement of Muslim bullies, one day, they will be able to create a change of heart in them and win them ever. This foolish attempt is bound to fail.

Speaking on the subject of “Hindus under Siege,” the learned Harvard professor and former Union Cabinet Minister, Dr. Subramanian Swamy dealt squarely with the question of terrorism against Hindus that India faces today. He rejected the often repeated theory of the Islamic intellectuals, pseudo-secularists and the Muslim apologists that it was because of the problems of poverty, lack of education, unemployment, and social discrimination among Muslims that their youth take to the path of terrorism. Dr. Swamy debunked that theory stating that the top-class Islamic terrorists like Osama Bin Laden are, on the other hand, billionaires. Other young terrorists involved in the London bombings of 7/7 were all well educated and employed as doctors, lawyers and accountants.

Dr. Swamy drew a thunderous applause when he said that the root cause of Islamic terrorism is the application of the outdated Islamic theories of Dar-ul-Islam and Dar-ul-Harb to the civilized democratic societies. The recent documents seized from SIMI (Students Islamic Movement of India) after the Mumbai blasts make it clear: the goal of Islamic terrorism is to make the Hindu capitulate, convert or simply die a violent death. This Hindus must resist with all their might since Hindus are the target from Coimbatore to Cooch Behar, from Bangalore to Baramula, and from Vadodara to Varanasi. Never again must Hindustan go under foreign rule even if Hindus have to die in millions in a nuclear war. We must win this decisive battle against terrorism and reverse the historical trend of being weak and selfish.

Dr. Swamy told the audience that an effective anti-terror strategy is not only to hunt down the terrorists to their training camps but also to make nonsense of their political objectives. If Islamic terrorists want India to let go of our Kashmir, we must instead go over and recapture the Pak-occupied Kashmir. If they want to destroy our temples, then we must instead liberate Kashi Vishwanath and Mathura and three thousand other temples demolished in past by the invading butchers in the name of Islam. If they drive out Hindus from Bangladesh then we should annex a proportionate area of that country to resettle the displaced Hindus. If they want Dar-ul-Islam in India, then instead we’ll give them a Hindu Rashtra in its place. Dr. Swamy recalled what Veer Savarkar had said: "If necessary, militarize the Hindus and Hinduize the nation". No more submission, no more compromise, and never to capitulate. The only way is to fight to win. That is the Hindu mindset, the Virat Hindu resolve we need today. Dr. Swamy advocated that those Indian Muslims who openly and proudly acclaim that their ancestors were Hindus are our brothers and sisters. They are a part of our family in Hindustan. India is Hindustan i.e. a land of Hindus and all those who acknowledge their ancestors being Hindus. Outsiders can live here but they cannot be allowed to vote. "We can never accept Vish-Kanyas from Italy as our family," Dr. Swamy added to a roar of laughter and approval from the jubilant audience.

Earlier, welcoming the audience, Narain Kataria, the President of Indian American Intellectuals Forum, the chief organizer of the 12th Hindu Sangathan Divas, congratulated Hindus of America for making the Hindu Unity Day a great success. “Your presence here in this auditorium in big numbers demolishes the fallacious theory propounded by the prophets of doom that Hindus cannot be united. Your presence in this hall exposes the myth that Hindus cannot speak in one voice. Your presence is a testimony to the fact that Hindu unity on an All India level is a practicable and feasible proposition, ” said Kataria. Bhushan Tadepalli acted as master of the ceremonies. Arish K. Sahani and Aruna Inala coordinated the event, and Ramesh Gathuria proposed a vote of thanks.

HINDU SOCIETY NEEDS TOTAL HINDU SOLIDARITY AND KSHATRIYA SPIRIT – TAPAN GHOSH

HINDU SOCIETY NEEDS TOTAL HINDU SOLIDARITY AND KSHATRIYA SPIRIT – TAPAN GHOSH

SHIVAJI MAHARAJ’S CORONATION ENACTED IN NEW YORK

Report from Narain Kataria in New York: August 13, 2010

A sort of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s coronation was enacted in New York on August 8, 2010. A six feet tall statue of Shivaji Maharaj was garlanded while Narain Kataria, President of Indian American Intellectuals Forum (IAIF) exhorted the audience in the jam-packed Hindu Temple Auditorium to repeat after him “Jai Bhavani,” “Jai Shivaji,” and “Jai Hindu Rashtra.”

The divine excitement among the all-Hindu crowd gave the unique yearly event a flavor of the re-enactment of original historic event of year 1674, when the Great Shivaji Maharaj proudly declared himself the Hindu King after defeating his Islamic rivals and took the coveted title of “Chhatrapati.”

The scene was a part of the 16th Annual Hindu Sangathan Divas (Hindu Unity Day) which was organized on a grand scale by the Hindu Temple Society of North America and the Indian American Intellectuals Forum (IAIF), in cooperation with several other temple organizations in New York.

Hindus from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Nepal, Guyana, Trinidad, Surinam, Fiji, and many other countries, disregarding their caste, creed, color and region enthusiastically assembled in the grand auditorium to affirm their Hindu identity and celebrate their Hindu heritage. The jubilation of the assembled audience was seen to be believed.

The overall purpose of the event was to instill a feeling of pride and brotherhood in all sections of Hindus… and to create confidence in them that they are second to none. The other purpose was to commemorate the unforgettable coronation of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

The turnout was beyond the expectations. The enthusiasm, dedication and commitment of the audience for Hindutva was seen to be believed. Many of the attendees traveled more than 100 miles to participate in the event emphasizing the pride in their Hindu identity. More than 1000 plus attended the function. The auditorium was full to the capacity and several people had to be disappointed for the lack of space.

The Chief Guest of the occasion was Dr. Subramanian Swamy, former Law Minister Government of India and the President of the Janata Party. Two other speakers were Tapan Kumar Ghosh, the President of Hindu Samhati, from Kolkata, and Anand Shankar Pandya, an author of several books and a leader of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, both from India.

Padma Shri Dr. Sudhir Parikh, a Publisher and Philanthropist; George Subraj, a Caribbean Hindu leader; and Satya Dosapati, the President of the Hindu Human Rights were honored for their services to the Hindu causes. Ramesh Gathoria, a Director of IAIF, spoke about his efforts with the India Government Agencies and the President of country to restore the historic national emblem “Satya Mev Jayate,” which has recently been surreptitiously removed from the government documents and country’s courts.

Dr. Subramanian Swamy delivered a powerful, memorable, and awe-inspiring speech which could only be described as “superb.” During his inspiring speech, there was pin-drop silence as the audience was glued to their seats. They were listening to him with rapt attention. Dr. Swamy enthralled the audience and won their laurels. He was applauded several times by the jubilant crowd. The audience’s utmost dedication, loyalty and commitment to the Hindu cause were clearly evident all around.

Dr. Swamy emphasized that India, as a country, was the most qualified candidate to be considered a world power. Quoting references, Dr. Swamy proclaimed that, just till about 500 years ago, India had all along been a world power economically, militarily and in all other dimensions of the human and intellectual endeavor.

Dr. Swamy clearly held the India’s first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru as one person most responsible for the economic ruin of India from 1947 to 1977 by following the incorrigible Russian model of government. India has the potential to be a world power again, but to realize that potential we need a completely new mindset of thinking in terms of Virat Hindustan.

“While USA, Japan and European countries are aging and declining, India’s average age happens to be only 29 years, and 75% of its people are below 35 years of age”, informed Dr. Swamy.

Hindus need to know their true history. On the subject of Indian History, Dr. Swamy said that if the British had not come when we were tied in fighting against Islam, and had not stolen our rocketry weapons technology from our Coromandel coast wars and then replicated them, Marathas (Hindus) would have established a Hindu Rashtra in Hastinapur (the original name of Delhi).

He bluntly rejected the notion that Hindus are timid and weak-willed people. Proving his point, Dr. Swamy said that when Islam emerged from Saudi Arabia, it captured and Islamized the Iran , Iraq and other adjoining countries in a matter of just 50 years. But today, even after the 800 plus 200 years of foreign subjugation, the India is still overwhelmingly Hindu. That’s the testimony to the fortitude, willpower, unshakeable determination, stubbornness, confidence and pride of Hindus. We lost to the Muslims and the British because of our civilized behavior. We just could not stoop to the cunningness and treachery they utilized against us.

Referring to the rise of Taliban in our neighborhood, Dr. Swmy said that there is a possibility of attack on our country. In the past, our soldiers won several battles on battlefield but our politicians lost them on negotiation table, all due to our inept political leadership. In a couple of years, one opportunity will present itself; we should be ready to grab it.

Tapan Ghosh said that Hindu society needs the total Hindu solidarity and Kshatriya spirit. He said atrocities are being committed against the Hindus everywhere in India and in its neighborhood. Everywhere the Hindu’s hearth, home and honor is under assault. But be it Assam, West Bengal, Kashmir or Kerala, the Hindu is fighting alone. The plight of the Hindus in Kerala doesn’t seem to affect the Hindus in Assam. The distress of the Kashmiri Hindus doesn’t disturb the slumber of the Tamil Hindus.

On the other hand, even at the slightest provocation, the shrill, hue, and cry of the Ummah across the globe rents the sky. The government scurries for cover and the media literally froths at the mouth. The need of the hour is the total freedom - from servitude, suppression, subjugation, repression, restraint, and oppression imposed mercilessly and ruthlessly by anti-Hindu forces.

We Hindus have to understand that a society or a community that cannot defend itself against the aggression cannot survive for long. It is the law of nature. Every community needs a sword-arm to protect itself against the aggression, overt or covert. This is what makes the role of a kshatriya or the warrior important in a community and in periods of turmoil and conflict, it is paramount. Hindu society is under attack from every direction and in every manner. The need of the hour is to re-ignite our kshatriya spirit. An eminent scholar Dr. David Frawley has said correctly that Hindu society needs intellectual kshatriyas to do battle with the nefarious and malignant assault of the communist dominated media and academia against the Hindu faith.

Tapan Ghosh deplored media-State nexus in India, whereby the mass media unquestioningly regurgitates the state's perspective. For the survival of Hindu society, it is essential that intellectual kshatriyas from urban areas and our economically backward Hindus from rural areas should join hands to work in unison to defeat the malicious designs of our enemies.

Anand Shankar Pandya said that the aim of the Hindu unity is world unity and world peace and prosperity. Hindu Unity also aims at projecting Hindu Dharma which believes in the adage of “Sarve Bhavantu Sukhi Nah”, let everybody be happy.

Two minutes silence was observed in the memory of Dr. Divyendu Sinha who was murdered by a group of teenagers in New Jersey and Swamy Bua, an oldest living yoga master who took maha Samadhi at the age of 120 years.

The exciting event was emceed by Rene Lobo of ITV in cooperation with Indira Narasimharajan and Arish Sahani, and under an overall supervision of Dr. Uma Mysorekar, the President of the Hindu Temple Society of North America .

MEMORANDUM TO THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA

MEMORANDUM TO THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA
September 2, 2012

Dr. Manmohan Singh
The Prime Minister of India
New Delhi

Through Consul General of India, New York, USA

Sub: India in Danger -
After Kashmir Radical Islam Taking Over
Assam in North East
Jihad Spreading Far and Wide

Dear Prime Minister Singh:

The socio-political, religious and militant expansionist turbulence well within the boundaries of the country, with the participation of the transnational radical Islam, which is seemingly shaking the foundations of India, has given millions of Indo-Americans, their organizations and friends of India a serious cause for concern about the solidarity and integrity of India. The partisan policy of the establishment framed under the influence of the “politics of vote banks” has seemingly turned the situation all the more precarious. Progressively the country seems to be drifting in to the demographic, administrative and environmental chaos that existed during the dreadful days of partition in 1947.

During the last few weeks a virtual Jihad has been unleashed on Hindus in many parts of India by radical Islamists from Bangladesh in collusion with the anti-Hindu segments of Muslims from Assam, Maharashtra, U. P., Jammu and Kashmir, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan. There exists a strong public perception that this crusade is indirectly facilitated by anti-Hindu Congress regimes in the center and the impacted states.

This period has been marked with unprecedented violence. The manner in which Jihadists acted in unison smacked of a deep-rooted conspiracy to demoralize and terrorize the Hindus and create a fear psychosis in their minds. The grand plan clearly appears to be to frighten the Hindus and their political leaders into submission and prepare the ground to carve out yet another Pakistan from India. In this exercise, the Islamists burned hundreds of villages in Assam inhabited by Hindus in order to grab their land as they successfully did in the case of Hindus in Bangladesh and Kashmir. Subversion in Assam:

The Muslims belonging to different political and Islamist parties have converged to join hands with a communalist Badruddin Ajmal, an Indian MP from Assam who demanded dissolution of Bodo Councils (of indigenous Hindus) in Assam. Also ganged up with them were the Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi who hobnobs with the Hezbollah Commander in Lebanon; Akbaruddin Owaisi, the local MLA of the Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen party; Nazrul Islam, an IPS officer who demanded a Muslim Chief Minister for West Bengal; and Azam Khan, the Uttar Pradesh Samajwadi Party minister for Minority Welfare. One cannot ignore the fact that all of these gentlemen are Muslims and now they are openly following Mohd. Ali Jinnah’s anti-Hindu policy leading to yet another communal subversion in India.

In addition, Muslims from other parts of the country including the Pakistani sleeper cells in India used SMS messages to circulate threats to all the North-East people working in major cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi etc. The SMS message issued an ultimatum to these hapless Hindus to leave their cities by a certain date and go back to their native place in North East, failing which they would be killed. Right then the authorities should have put their foot down, captured the trouble shooters and put them behind the bars. But alas they remained in a state of paralysis as in Kashmir and let the Islamists carry on their crusade by terrorizing the unsuspecting and innocent Hindus.

We cannot but condemn the atrocities, murders, loot and arson in Bodo-regions of Assam perpetrated by the Bangladeshi infiltrators. This violence due to Govt. apathy and political cowardice has resulted in consuming more than 100 innocent lives, uprootment of lakhs of Hindus and razing to the ground properties and houses in more than 500 villages. Just as in Kashmir the Congress Govt. allowed Muslims to uproot Hindus and occupy the territory and properties owned by Hindus. What is worse is that these are the Muslims who have infiltrated from Bangladesh – they are foreign invaders in India.

This unending and uncontrolled violence under the very eyes of the Congress regime poses a great threat to the national unity and integrity of India. This operation of national shame could not have happened without preplanning and crusading by the anti-India elements. The Indian nation must take a serious note of it and take necessary remedial measures such as:

1) All infiltrators from Bangladesh should be expelled from India.

2) The law applicable to foreigners should be strictly enforced in Assam.
3) The names of these infiltrators, included in the voting registers as a politically corrupt practice suitable to the enemies of democracy in India, should be expunged. When a million Hindus in J&K who returned from PoK have not been given voting rights why are the Bangladeshi Muslim infiltrators given such rights is mind boggling for us. The patriotic Indians in their utter disgust ask has Muslim occupation of India really ended.

4) India should demand 21% territory of Pakistan and 13% territory of Bangladesh as the portion of land belonging to their populations which have migrated or infiltrated in to India over the years. (In 1951 Hindu-Sikh population in Pakistan was 22% and today their left over population is about 1%. In Bangladesh Hindu population was 22% and today it is barely 9%).

5) India must defend her borders with an iron hand.

Genocide in Kashmir:

The ethnic cleansing and genocide perpetrated by the Islamists in 1989 dislodged nearly a million non-Muslims and over 100,000 lives were claimed by this Jihad. These massive violent changes, a well known characteristic of Islamic Jihad, completely altered the socio-political, economic and religious complexion of Kashmir. Like Pakistan the traditional plurality of cultures, except for a few symbolic traces here and there, was altogether eliminated. For more than two decades neither the federal nor the State Govt. took necessary measures to protect the rights, properties, professions, jobs, religions and societies of minorities as mandated by the Indian constitution. Normal duties of enforcing the law and maintaining order were thrown to the wind. During the past 23 years two generations of Kashmiri Hindus and Sikhs have been lost but the Indian establishment’s unnatural, unethical and politically corrupt romance with Islamists has not ended.

Condoning violence, ethnic cleansing, genocide, terrorism and massacres against minorities in the name of Islam and perverted secularism is a policy capable of destroying the very socio-political fabric of the country. Kashmir, we regret to say, has become one of the major centers of Islamic Jihad in India. But the ethnic minorities of this region have become natural allies of freedom loving people against radical Islam, Jihad and terrorism.

Therefore, the freedom loving people all over the world, particularly in India, strongly urge you to rehabilitate the ousted minorities of Kashmir, the first victims of Osama Bin Laden’s campaign for Islamization, without further delay. It has been more than two decades when they were driven out of their homes yet India has failed to rehabilitate them and restore their rights. Without their resettlement in a newly created autonomous Homeland well within the Vale of Kashmir, India’s victory over murderous Al Qaeda, radical Islam and Islamic terrorism will remain incomplete.

Creating such a homeland would be a significant step forward in defeating terrorism in Kashmir. Your Govt., Mr. Prime Minister, should stand unwaveringly by the patriotic Kashmiris who are determined to defeat and bury nihilist Wahabbism and its Jihadist modus operandi. The creation of an autonomous homeland for the exiled communities in Kashmir with full flow of the Indian Constitution will not only solve the problem of their oft repeated homelessness and restore their status and role as citizens but it will also create an island for successfully combating radical Islam and terrorism from a strategically opportune frontier which can advance national and foreign policy objectives of India immeasurably. For the attainment of that noble goal we ask for your immediate action and support. How ironic it is Mr. Prime Minister that under your and Congress party’s patronage and tacit support Kashmir has become India’s own “Islamic State” or Pakistan. And now it is joined by Assam with imported Islamic populous again under your and your party’s patronage.

Turmoil in Mumbai

On August 11, a Muslim mob of around 1000 broke out from the 50,000 assembled at the Azad Maidan in South Mumbai. Armed with petrol cans and plastic bottles, hockey sticks, iron rods and bamboo sticks, the mob vandalized The War Memorial, damaged police vans, smashed journalists’ TV cameras – all, over the issue of so-called mistreatment of Muslims in Myanmar and Assam. When someone goes to participate in a meeting why would he or she bring Molotov cocktails? If these demonstrators were not the agents of the disruptive Pan-Islamic plans for India where was the need for them to resort to violence on the issue of Muslims of Myanmar? (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TlZ6uWnF36I)

How can one forget that the mobs of Islamists had adopted the same strategy at the Godhra Railway Station earlier in year 2002 that resulted in burning alive of 59 Hindu pilgrims and ignited the now well known Gujarat riots? With the same objective the current Muslim uprising is led by the Raza Academy and supported by groups like Sunni Jamait-ul-Ulma, Jamate-Raza-e-Mustafa and Awami Vikas Party (AVP). The last one is a political outfit launched by a former police officer, Shamsher Khan Pathan.

Hindu Refugees from Pakistan:

Millions of Bangladeshi infiltrators in India were provided all facilities and given royal treatment like Indian citizens because the ruling party benefited from their votes. On the other hand a few hundred Pakistani Hindus escaping from the tyranny of Pakistan had to face threats of deportation and harassment for staying in India. These Hindus escaped from Pakistan due to looting of their shops, raids on their homes, beating, kidnapping and raping of women and girls and forcible conversion and marriage with Muslim men. Their properties were taken over by Muslims under duress like the properties of Kashmiri Pandits. This too is a clear example of double standard and discriminatory treatment to different people on the basis of their religion and faith. Imagine what would have happened if you Mr. Prime Minister and Mr. Advani were refused admission in to India when you first crossed the border from that hell hole called Pakistan! Don’t you think that these today’s escapees from Pakistan also deserve the same kind of treatment as escapees of yester years such as you and Mr. Advani?

In Sirohi, Rajasthan murder in broad day light.

One of our well informed sources confirmed that on August 16, the Muslim mobs attacked a Vidya Bharati school affiliated to the Sangh Parivar and chopped off a Hindu teacher’s hand.

Anti-Hindu crusade In Ranchi, Jharkhand and Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh

The frenzied Muslim mob attacked vehicles, shops and public life in Ranchi. In Bareilly, the Jihadi Muslims succeeded at stopping the popular once-a-year Janmastami celebrations (Birth of Lord Krishna). Mr. Prime Minister, you know it well as do we that in India religious freedom is guaranteed by the Constitution. But in this case as well the enforcers of the country’s constitution looked the other way. Is your Government’s policy to implement this constitutional provision only on a selective basis?

Suppression of media in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

The members of the press belonging to the print and electronic media were attacked by a Muslim mob shortly after their Friday prayers at the conclusion of the holy month of Ramadan. What gives them right to engage in this kind of hooliganism and where are the keepers of law and order? The absence of action by them on this occasion is a clear indication of unjustifiable double standard being applied by the authorities. Ban on Hindu Media

Mr. Prime Minister, to further silence the real majority of India and with intention to suffocate the Hindu voice, the anti-Hindu establishment and some of its puppet regimes in Indian states have clamped a ban and other kinds of restrictions on Hindu media particularly Websites, Twitter and Facebook. However the Govt. patronized and paid media enjoys total liberty to present distorted and concocted versions of anti-Hindu actions by the establishment and its anti-India allies. In theory the Indian Constitution guarantees unrestricted and complete freedom of expression but in reality only the loyal and partisan media is allowed to exercise that right which is clear proof of promoting an authoritarian system.

Govt. loots Hindu Temples

All over the country major Hindu temples and places of worship have been taken over by the government. All the offerings amounting to trillions of rupees presented by the devotees are illegally stolen by the government and used as income for the government. In this way the Hindu Gods and Goddesses are being treated and used as “work horses” for the Governmment. The incomes from temple assets and estates are also stolen by the government and in part given to predatory religions particularly to Muslims for opening Madrassas, building more mosques, undertaking Hajj pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia and spreading Wahabi Islam. Accordingly the constitutional provision that the state will not interfere into the sphere of religion has been thrown to the wind.

Draconian Sharia recognized as law:

To promote, legitimize and recognize Islam as a “religion” the Government has allowed Sharia to be adopted as part of the hitherto single judicial system in India. Ironically the first state to adopt this draconian and outdated Islamic law through a legislative resolution as a legitimate law with utter disregard of the secular foundation of the Indian political system has been J&K State, the only Muslim majority state in India. The introduction of this communal law is recognized as the crown achievement of the Congress Raj in secular India.

Jaziya Charged from Hindus:

While Muslims and Christians are granted subsidies for building mosques, churches and for going to pilgrimages and setting up and running Madrassas, Hindus on the other hand are charged Jaziya, a penalty charged from Hindus, for visiting their shrines, temples and places of worship. Jaziya, a tax on non-Muslims as a penalty for not being Muslims, was a practice in vogue during the 800 years of Muslim butchery and occupation of India;

Curfew Against Hindu Religious functions:

The anti-Hindu regimes in Indian states have devised numerous methods of clamping curfews and other restrictions in Hindu areas by abusing and misinterpreting law and order procedures to prevent the observance of Hindu festivals, religious processions, prayers and rituals. These draconian laws are enforced to facilitate the observance of Muslim religious functions and to honor and not to hurt Muslim sentiments. This is being done in a country universally known as the land of Hindus, under a secular constitution under which all religions are supposed to be equal, free and outside the domain of Government control. Mr. Prime Minister, why then do the Muslims enjoy total freedom, unlike the Hindus, to observe their religious functions without any restrictions and curfews?

In conclusion:

All these developments and measures by various power centers of India point to the possible Islamization or fragmentation of India. In allowing Islamization to prevail your government will be fulfilling the dream of Osama bin Laden. And in letting India be fragmented you will be realizing the aspiration of the colonial lords. Mr. Prime Minister, our earnest appeal to you is to not to preside over the liquidation and/or dismemberment of India. Please stand by the patriotic forces of India and work towards unity and revival of the glory of India. You have the opportunity to play the role of a real SARDAR like Guru Gobind Singh and Guru Teg Bahadur by saving the country, nation and dharma - please do not let this unique opportunity go waste. The nation is eagerly waiting for your course correction.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
