THIRD CONSECUTIVE IGNOMINIOUS DEFEAT SUFFERED BY INDIAN NATIONAL OVERSEAS CONGRESS IN US COURT

Dear Colleagues:
It will give you pleasure to know that the Complaint filed by Indian National Overseas Congress at the instance of Indian National Congress headed by Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, against Satya Dosapati, Naresh Sharma, Mahatma Gandhi Center and Hindu Temple, International Foundation, Inc., Sunanda Thali, Hindu International Concil Against Defamation, Inc., and John Does 1-100, was dismissed with prejudice by Judge Nicholas J. Stroumtsos, Jr., J.S.C. on Jan. 14th, 2009.
In this connection, I would like to inform you that earlier Indian National Overseas Congress had filed two cases against Narain Kataria (me), Arish Sahani, et al. in New York Court and against Satya Dosapati, Sunanda Thali, et al. in New Jersey Court in the amout of $100 million. Since the allegations were frivolous, flimsy and had no locus standi, they were rejected. The New Jersey case was flatly dismissed and New York case was withdrawn by the Plaintiff.
The purpose behind filing these three cases against us was to muzzle our voice, make us financially bankrupt, isolate us, make an example of us and terrorize us into submission.
But the unity and solidarity displayed by NRIs have shattered the malicious designs of those who do not believe in freedom of expression and liberty of thought.
This is the third consecutive ignominious defeat suffered by Indian National Overseas Congress.
We have set an unprecedented example for all the NRIs to follow. The lesson is that if we all stand up together courageously with unshakeable determination, no one, howsoever powerful he or she may be, can match our resolve and resources.
Congratulation to all of you for this brilliant victory. The credit for this goes to all of you who stood behind us like a rock.

TERRORISM AWARENESS CAMPAIGN IN FRONT OF WHITE HOUSE

Campaign in front of White House
While more than one million people were jubilantly dancing and celebrating Barack Obama’s inauguration as 44th President of the United States of America, Hindu groups from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia, in cooperation with Jewish, Christians and Sikh organizations, under the banner of Coalition for Peace, staged a successful demonstration in front of White House from 1.00 to 4:00 p.m. in the freezing temperatures.
The demonstration could be called successful because the organizers and activists were interviewed by professional media and private bloggers. In addition to that thousands of onlookers evinced keen interest in the demonstration and wanted to know more about radical Islamic movement in America.
These groups had assembled there to exercise their right of freedom of speech guaranteed under the US Constitution and they created a sort of history on that day. Their principal purpose in assembling was to spread the awareness among the general American public about the dangers arising out of radical Islamic terrorism unleashed by the adherent of an ideology that openly preaches hate, intolerance, murder and mayhem of innocent people.
In their message, the demonstrators, approximately one hundred in number, urged President Obama to help protect the free world from radical Islam. They carried banners saying “President Obama, Yes You Can! For World Peace,” “Stop Pakistan’s Double Game,” “Seize Saudi Arabia's Assets to Pay for Crimes Against Humanity,” “Reform Radical Islamic Madrasas,” “Force Iran to halt its nuclear weapons program because it directly threatens Israel,” “Pressurize Pakistan to Disband Terrorist Training Camps” and so on.
The youthful demonstrators pointed out that the same ideology that caused the 9/11 terrorist attack in New York, 11/26/2008 massacre in Mumbai two months ago, 7/7/2005 attack on London’s transport network, 3/11/2004 Madrid train bombing, 9/1/2004 merciless murder of school children at Beslan, Russia, 3/5/2003 terror blast in Bali, Indonesia, has in the last ten years resulted in the murder of thousands of Indians (mostly Hindus) in hundreds of terror incidents.
The same ideology also threatens to wipe out Israel from the face of the Earth. It has resulted in the ethnic cleansing of Hindus and Sikhs from Pakistan and Bangladesh, reduced the Hindu numbers in Pakistan from 23% in 1947 to 1% now.
“Islamist terrorism is a problem not just for India and Israel, but it is a dangerous menace for the entire Free World. It is also a problem for those Muslims who yearn for the freedom of thought, as opposed to the tyranny imposed on them by Islamist theology,” said Arish Sahani, one of the organizers of the protest.
The demonstrators argued that political Islam, fueled by oil revenues, “is nothing short of a serious threat to the humanity and freedom of thought.” “It is absolutely essential for the US, the world’s only Super Power, to take a lead in exterminating the terrorism from the face of Earth. Mr. Obama, yes, you can!” said Narain Kataria. Mr. Kataria further said that Pakistan is not only the epicenter of terrorism but also a breeding ground for future hard core terrorists.
Many groups that supported the rally included Hindu Human Rights Watch, Americans for a Safe Israel, Jewish Action Alliance, Indian American Intellectuals Forum, Zionist Organization of America, Christians’ Israel Public Action Campaign, Christians and Jews United for Israel, Maccabean Resistance Movement and Namdhari Sikh Foundation. Mr. Richard A. Hellman, President of Middle East Research Center, Ltd. also took part in the demonstration.
The Jewish Voice and Opinion group of Englewood, NJ, also supported the campaign. “Joining the Coalition for Peace , which will also reach out to the like-minded Hindus, Christians and moderate Muslims, is one of the Jewish community’s best options for making a difference in the struggle to overcome Islamist terrorism, ” said Susan Rosenbluth, editor of The Jewish Voice and Opinion.
“In order to prevent a repeat of the Mumbai terror attacks elsewhere in the world, it is incumbent upon the entire humanity to work together, and impress upon and implore President Barack Obama to lead us in this battle for peace” said Mr. Dosapati, another organizer of this campaign.

HOW TO ESTABLISH THE PRO-HINDUGOVERNMENT IN INDIA?
India is a predominantly Hindu nation. 83% of the Indian population is Hindu. But it is a matter of great regret that India is the only country in the world where the Hindu majority population is being ruled by the 17% minority communities.
Sonia Maino Gandhi, the President of the ruling Congress Party is a practicing Catholic Christian. Her son Rahul Gandhi who is being groomed as the next Prime Minister of India is also a Christian. Sonia’s daughter Priyanka Vadera and her husband are also Christians.
India’a Defense Minister is A. K. Anthony, a Christian. Sonia’s closest advisors are: Margaret Alva (resigned recently), Oscar Fernandes, all Christians. India’s Vice President is Mohammad Hamid Ansari. Ahmed Patel, Gulam Nabi Azad and Salman Khurshid – the core members of Sonia’s think tank – are all Muslims.
Dr. Shakeel Ahmad is Minister of State in Home Ministry, a very sensitive post. One more fundamentalist Islamist E. Ahmed, President of the Indian Union Muslim League is the Union Minister for External Affairs. Mr. Abdul Rahman Antulay is the Minority Affairs Minister and Mr. Shafi Qureshi is the Chairman of National Commission on Minorities. In addition, Sonia’s handpick Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy is also a Christian (again, to deceive the gullible Hindu public, he maintains a Hindu sounding name).
Prof. Valson Thampu, a Christian theologian, an academic and author, Chairman, NCERT Curriculum Review Committee, is a known Hindu baiter. Mr. John Dayal, Chairman of Indian Catholic Union, notorious for his hate mongering proclivity, is playing a very disastrous role in National Integration Council. Anti-Hindu UPA government uses the services of Mr. John Dayal and Mr. Kanchan Ilaya, another Hindu hater, to lobby with the U.N. and U.S. Congress, to drive a wedge in Hindu society and weaken it.
From the above, it is absolutely clear that India is actually being ruled either by the Moslems or by Christians. The situation for Hindus in India, in short, could be described as abysmally apocalyptic.
While most Hindus are busy in their daily chores like earning a living, doing yoga, making money, celebrating festivals, enjoying their lives, building temples, our adversaries have hatched very sinister plans to enslave us politically and then obliterate Hindu Dharma from the Indian soil. As a matter of fact, the Hindus are under a multi-pronged seize.
Muslim population in the world is approximately 1.3 billion. They have more than 54 countries. It is a paradox that Hindus with approximately one billion adherents in the world do not have even one country where they could live without any fear of being terrorized! We must rectify this dichotomy at the earliest.
Because of our internal squabbles, in the medieval period, Afghans and Moguls used us to fight for them and finally they subjugated India. Now, because of our disunity, myopic vision, apathy, selfishness, greed, and ego-centric attitude, the Islamists, Christians and Communists are vying with one another to control Hindus politically.
The next Parliamentary elections are round the corner. If Hindus really want to jettison the anti-Hindu forces (such as Mulayam Singh Yadav, Lalu Prasad Yadav, Ramvilas Paswan, the deadly combination of Leftists-cum-Islamists), who have entrenched themselves in the corridors of power and reduced Hindus to second class citizens in their own country, Hindus have to shed their squeamishness, and make a Machiavellian move to end this sordid chapter of servitude and vulnerability.
Here are some of the suggestions which if implemented seriously could bring the desired results:
1. First of all, Hindus have to set their own house in order. RSS/VHP/BJP/ ABVP/Bajrang Dal/Shiv Sena/Akali Dal and other Hindu-Sikh groups should put their heads together and take an oath in the name of God that they would use all the resources at their disposal to ensure the victory of Hindu forces at any cost. They have to pledge sincerely that they would not say or do anything that would create a rift in the Hindu United Front.
2. There are 150,000 millionaires and 40 billionaires in India – mostly Hindus. Further, the assets of NRIs alone are worth one trillion US dollars. This colossal financial power of Hindus has to be used properly to revitalize and reinvigorate the Hindu nation. We have to convince our wealthy brothers that their riches will be reduced to zero in the next 75 years, if Hindus become a minority in India, as it happened in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Indian Kashmir.
3. We have to devise appropriate methods to approach these wealthy Hindus and encourage them to form a cartel of Hindu millionaires/ billionaires. We should urge all our Hindu brothers to play the role of Bhama Shah who had offered his entire wealth to Maharana Pratap Singh to fight the Mogul tyrant Akbar.
4. We should assuage the hurt feelings of our Hindu brothers, Sadhus and Sant Samaj who have grievances against the BJP and win back their trust. Then, we should organize and mobilize Dharmacharyas with the help of Acharya Sabha and Vishwa Hindu Parishad. If all of them work with a missionary zeal, we could certainly turn the tables on our opponents.
5. We should also feverishly try to bring back in our fold the leaders like Dr. Subramanian Swamy, Uma Bharati and others. We should suitably accommodate leaders like Kalyan Singh and Vinay Katiyar. (In the past, we have sought cooperation of Mayawati, Mulayam Singh, Ram Vilas Paswan, several times. Now, there is no harm in taking back our own people without humiliating them.)
6. We should hire media professionals and use E-mail system, print and electronic media intelligently and to the fullest possible extent.
7. If Hindus vote strategically, it is not hard at all to form a pro-Hindu government in India. Everything depends on how enthusiastically, forcefully and honestly we work.
8. If we manage to bring the 40% Hindu population to the polling booths, we can easily form a pro-Hindu government. I do not think it is a stupendous task.
9. Our leaders should learn to speak with unshakeable confidence in their capability and inflexible determination to achieve the requisite results.
10. If the BJP leaders come up with a clear cut resolve and message that upon being voted to power they would extripate terrorism from the Indian soil, I am absolutely certain that all the Hindu-Sikh people will vote for BJP.
11. Our leaders and volunteers should shun the lackadaisical attitude. We should carry on no-holds-barred high-decibel campaign to denounce and discredit our adversaries.
12. There are about 50 Parliamentary seats in India where non-Hindu votes do not count. We would suggest that VHP, Uma Bharati and other staunch Hindu leaders in consultation with BJP and RSS strategically field their candidates in these places. However, all the parties should ensure that Hindu votes are not polarized.
13. BJP can rake up a ruckus in their election campaigning on the question of exorbitant price rise and, thereby, they can utilize voters’ disenchantment with the government in its favor. We have to affirm:
“Enough is enough.” For the survival of Hindu civilization, it is absolutely essential that Hindus wake up from the deep slumber and learn to work in unison. There is no time for dilly-dallying. The global race for conquering the soul of India is going on apace.
Furthermore, we are familiar with the well-known adage that time and tide wait for none. Therefore, cudgel up your sleeves and be ready to take control of your destiny in your own hands.
We should also remember that limitations are only in the mind. In reality, nothing is truly unattainable for those who dream big.

We are deeply disturbed at the arrest and physical torture (as alleged by Sadhvi’s brother-in-law Bhagwan Jha) of Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur alias Sadhvi Purnachetanand Giri who has been, allegedly, charged in the Malegaon bomb-blast in the State of Maharashtra and is reportedly being interrogated by the Anti Terrorist Squad in Mumbai.
This is a very disconcerting news for all those who love India . All political leaders must understand that, at the moment, Hindus are under siege in their own country. They have been pushed to the wall. On one hand, the pseudo-secularist, Leftist and anti-Hindu politicians in collaboration with the anti-Hindu media managers have ganged up to malign, degrade and demonize Hindu icons, and on the other hand foreign terrorists in league with home grown Islamic terrorists have been ravaging India and murdering the Hindu citizens with impunity in every state of India every year. The Central Government has demonstrated its incompetence and dhimmitude towards the terrorists acts by total inaction for many years.
Sadhvi Pragya is the product of the tragic times when the present UPA government led by the Congress party President Sonia Gandhi is shamelessly and openly pursuing the pro-terrorist policies. They are appeasing the Islamic leaders and even terrorists in return for the Muslim votes. The result is the creation of conditions dangerous to the security of our nation and the safety of common man.
There is a fast generating sense of disappointment and anger in the minds of country’s Nine Hundred Fifty million Hindus. From the latest bomb attacks in the North-Eastern state of Assam – in which more than 75 innocent citizens were butchered – it has become quite apparent that the present Government of India has failed miserably to protect the lives and property of Hindu citizens in contrast to the US where there are hardly any terrorist acts since 9/11/2001.
To divert the people’s attention, the anti-Hindu rulers of India have now adopted new tactics. They have now branded a Hindu nationalist spiritual leader, Sadhvi Pragya, as a terrorist! But the public knows better. Sadhvi Pragya is a rare jewel who loves India deeply. That is why, at a very tender age she has renounced the material comforts and dedicated her life to the propagation of country’s ancestral heritage. A person like that cannot even think about destroying India. For a bright young educated person, this is not a small sacrifice. Whatever other way you describe her, Sadhvi Pragya just cannot be labeled a terrorist. It is like calling Samartha Shri Swami Ramdas "terrorist" because he was providing moral support to Chatrapati Shivaji. Neither was Shivaji a terrorist and all of us now know that he was a patriot just like Shri Subhashchandra Bose.
It may be alleged that she could have taken the law into her own hands. Seeing the government of the day being soft on the terrorists and even pleading for clemency for the convicted terrorists like Afzal Guru, Sadhvi may have demonstrated her mis-guided political-philosophical zeal for fighting the single handed battle against the country’s enemies who enjoy the sympathy and patronage of Congress-Left and other ‘secularist’ groups. That can be understandable but it is inconceivable that she is directly responsible for any acts of violence.
The law enforcement agencies in India have shown topsy-turvy wrong-headed extra zeal in mistreating a lady spiritual leader of Hindus while consistently soft-pedaling criminal investigation against the hard core jihadi terrorists. Let us not forget that the long respected tenet for Hindus in India has been: "Yatra naryastu poojyante tatra vasanti (santi) Devaah;" paraphrasing its meaning, "the nobility of any civilization is assessed by how the women are treated in that society." The UPA Government and Mumbai Police may be disregarding this standard expected of them especially in India.
It reminds one of Dushshasana in Mahabharata attempting to shame and embarrass Draupadi by disrobing her in the public. It is imperative that all Hindus remember that Shri Krishna came to her rescue, and it is the duty of every true Hindu to rise in defense of Sadhvi Pragya to defend her honor. It is absolutely absurd and unjustified to label Sadhvi and her colleagues as “terrorists.”
We should clearly understand in unambiguous terms that while the aim of Hindu patriots is to safeguard the Indian democracy and protect Indian citizens from being slaughtered by the Islamic militants, the major evil is the agenda of Islamic terrorists meant to destroy the Indian polity and establish Nizam-e-Mustafa (Islamic rule) in India .Additionally, we understand that Sadhvi Pragya is being subjected to the narco-analysis, an investigative test usually reserved for the hard-core criminals. We deplore this development. Sadhvi Pragya is a nationalist; she is not a criminal.
According to Shashwat Bajpai, a student of Amity Law School , New Delhi , “While expert studies and court opinions available internationally have granted that there may be some limited use of narco-analysis, the overwhelming evidence is that narco-analysis is by no means a reliable science. It is an invasive technique and potentially harmful for normal brain and long ago declared unreliable as a "truth serum" by many International courts of law. Forcing such sedation on the Sadhvi is an insult to the dignity of Hindu Samaj.
“Therefore, such a dubious technique of interrogation which requires enormous amounts of training and patience – the skills evidently lacking in much of the police force or even psychiatrists in India – should be prohibited in the Indian Criminal system as it fundamentally violates the presumption of innocence.”
This test does not meet the "Frye vs US " and Daubert principles of expert testimony in the US and is long ago abandoned as an antiquated test.
Wikipedia encyclopedia also states, “… the result of such test cannot be used as evidence in the court of law since it violates fundamental right against self-incrimination (Article 20(3) of the Constitution of India and the Miranda principle). This has come under increasing criticism from the public and the media.
“Such tests generally don’t have legal validity as confessions made by a semi-conscious person under "conscious sedation" are not admissible in the courts of law.”
Under the circumstances, it is incumbent on Hindu leaders in India and all over the world to provide all necessary legal and financial help to Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and her colleagues in their efforts to fight off the politically motivated charges by the government that is unable and unwilling to provide the reasonable protection to its patriotic citizens from the treacherous terrorist attacks.
It is important to recognize here the historical fact that the Hindus have suffered for a very long time at the hands of anti-Hindu rulers and their oppressive governments. It may be time now for the patriotic citizens to mobilize the Hindu voters – and, the whole Nine Hundred Fifty million of them – to establish the pro-Hindu government in the only known Hindu country in the world which has been truly secular, demonstrating pristine dharmasahishnuta and pantha- nirapekshata (true secularism) for millennia without any lessons of secularism from the West.

We are deeply disturbed at the arrest and physical torture (as alleged by Sadhvi’s brother-in-law Bhagwan Jha) of Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur alias Sadhvi Purnachetanand Giri who has been, allegedly, charged in the Malegaon bomb-blast in the State of Maharashtra and is reportedly being interrogated by the Anti Terrorist Squad in Mumbai.
This is a very disconcerting news for all those who love India . All political leaders must understand that, at the moment, Hindus are under siege in their own country. They have been pushed to the wall. Here is my response to Kaleem Kawaja’s letter titled “Why Hindus are angry at Muslims in India,” published in the India Tribune of August 2, 2008. Hindus have not just one but one million reasons to be angry at Muslims in India. Let me list only a few of them for Mr. Kawaja’s kind-hearted understanding, even though I believe Mr. Kawaja is deliberately acting to be ignorant of the reasons behind this Hindu mindset and the history – past and present. So, I will try to make it as simple and as clear for him as possible… and, for all those ‘secularists’ and Leftists who pretend to be naive just like Mr. Kawaja.
1. First of all, Hindus hold Muslims responsible for the vivisection of their country that they consider as their MOTHER. Hindus adorably call it Bharat-Mata, Matru-Bhoomi, Puniya-Bhoomi, Dharma-Bhoomi, Swarag-Bhoomi, etc.
2. Hindus cannot understand why the Muslims are still living in India. It is a well-known fact that in 1946 elections, more than 90% of the Muslims voted for the breakup of the greater India and the creation of a Muslim land called Pakistan. Despite getting their Muslim land – believe it or not – only 15% Muslims left for the Pakistan and 85% of them stayed put in India. Hindus really want all these Muslims living in India to leave Hindus alone in their country.
3. Hindus are upset that Muslims are having a cake and want to eat it too. Thus, Hindus can see that Muslims have opened a separate bank account for Muslims in Pakistan and Bangladesh, while they are operating a joint bank account with Hindus in India. This is not right and absolutely unfair. Hindus do not want to share the India with Muslims.
4. Again, at the time of Partition of India in 1947, there were 20% Hindus and Sikhs in Pakistan. Now there are only 1% or so. In 1947 there were more than 30% Hindus in East Pakistan (now Bangladesh), at this time there are only 8% Hindus there. Hindus want Muslims to explain what happened to all those Hindus. Hindus are absolutely unhappy about the ethnic cleansing of Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh.
5. Conversely, during the same period the Muslim population in India has been rising with leaps and bounds. Muslim numbers in India have risen from 9% in 1951 to 15% now. Hindus abhor this. In the unprecedented rise of Muslim population in India, Hindus clearly see a mortal threat to their very existence as Hindus. They see this as a conspiracy to breakup and divide their country all over again.
6. Hindus simply will never be able to forget the massive scale of rapes, murders, loot and mayhem let lose by Muslims on the peaceful Hindus in Kashmir and the vicious ethnic cleansing in their own country.

How can Hindus forget massacre of our 35 Sikh brothers at Chattisinghpora in the State of Jammu and Kashmir in year 2000, an attack on Jammu and Kashmir State Legislature in October, 2001, another attack on the India’s National Parliament in December 2001, yet another attack on the American Cultural Center in January 2002, the roasting alive of 56 women and children in February 2002 at Godhra Railway Station in Gujarat State, the killing of more than 30 members of families of Army personnel in May 2002, serial bomb attacks on passenger trains and public places in the country’s financial capital Mumbai on August 2005 that killed 46 people and injured 160, another devilish attack on the Hindu religious place, the Akshardham Temple in September 2002 – 29 individuals including 16 women and four children killed, the butchering of Hindus in Mau in State of Uttar Pradesh, the Delhi bomb blasts in October 2005 – 70 people killed, massacre of Gujjars in Doda and Udhampur, in State of Jammu and Kashmir in May 2006, a second series of Mumbai train bomb blasts in July 2006 – 200 people dead, a separate series of bomb blasts in Lucknow, Varanasi, Jaipur, Ahmedabad and Bangluru – hundreds killed.
8. While Hindus in Jammu agitating for the legitimate rights of Hindu pilgrims in Amernath raise the slogan of Bharat Mata ki Jai, the Muslims in Srinagar, to the great mortification and chagrin of Hindus, wave green flags of Pakistan and openly raise the slogans of Pakistan Zindabad (long live Pakistan)! This treacherous behavior of Muslims is unacceptable and outrageous to Hindus and causes a serious heartburn to them.
9. Recently, in a shocking disclosure, India’s National Security Advisor, M.K. Narayanan while talking to newsmen in Singapore disclosed that 800 terrorist cells are operating in the country. These home grown terrorists are none other than the Indian Muslims who provide shelter, guidance, financial assistance and other infrastructure facilities to the terrorists to kill more and more Hindus and destabilize Indian economy. Hindus have every reason to express their indignation and angst at this blatant anti-national activity.
10. All Kashmiri Muslims are doing roaring business all over India. There are Haj Houses all over the country. But the Muslim leaders are openly and repeatedly declaring that they would not give “an inch of land” in Hindu India to Shri Amarnath Shrine Board. What an act of ingratitude!
11. Hindus simply cannot erase from their memory the Great Killings of Calcutta on August 16-17, 1946 in which more than 5,000 Hindus were butchered by Muslim fanatics supported by the Muslim Chief Minister of Bengal. Hindus also vividly recall the genocide of 5,000 unarmed Hindus in Noakhali in Bengal State around the same time. Hindus simply cannot forget the beastly brutalities perpetrated by the West Pakistani Muslim military establishment on the East Pakistan Hindus during the Bangladesh uprising in 1971. Events like these are unparalleled in the history of humanity.
12. Describing the unimaginable capacity of the Muslim mind to conduct the dance of devil, Mr. A. Ghosh, the celebrated author of book “Kafir and Quran,” writes: “In many cases a whole community (of Hindus in East Pakistan) was encircled. Mothers and daughters were raped on a mass scale, in presence of brothers or fathers. Breasts of elderly ladies were chopped off. Pregnant women were disemboweled; infants’ heads were smashed on the floor. Then followed the chopping off of genitals, gouging out of eyes, and on and on and on. As a grand finale, everybody was put in a house and the house was set on fire.”
13. Hindus also remember very well as to how the Sikh Guru Arjun Dev was made to sit on a hot plate over the raging fire and the hot sand was poured over his body… until he died. Hindus and Sikhs will never be able to forget as to how another Sikh Guru, Teg Bahadur Saheb, was murdered in cold blood by the Muslims because he refused to convert to Islam. Hindus remember the two young sons of the last Sikh Guru, Gobind Singh, who were bricked alive by the Muslim ruler, as they refused to embrace the Islam.
14. For the information of Mr. Kawaja, listed here are only a few of the Muslim militant organizations that preach hatred and violence against the Kafirs… principally the Hindus, Sikhs, Jains and Buddhists… and are working overtime to establish Nizame-Mustafa (the Islamic domination) in India: (1) Muslim Volunteer Force, (2) Islamic Revolutionary Front, (3) Islamic Liberation Army of Assam, (4) Jamait-e-Islami, (4) Hurriyat Conference, (5) Jamit-al-Quran Hadis, (6) Tamilnadu Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam, (7) Al Ummah, (8) Islamic Movement of India, (8) Student Islamic Movement of India (the notorious SIMI), (9) Islamic Youth Center, (10) Jihad Committee, (11) Muslim United Liberation Tigers of Assam, (12) Muslim Liberation Front of Assam, (13) Al Huda, (14) Jehad, (15) Tehreek-ul-Mujahideen, (16) National Democratic Front, (17) Mili Parliament, (18) Indian Muslim Mohammadi Mujahideen, and (19) Indian Mujaheden. The principal aim of all the above groups is the annihilation of Hindus.
15. Hindus in India and the Indian subcontinent have witnessed an unprecedented continued chain of barbarism by Muslims in the last 1400 years. In 712 A.D., the then Governor of Iraq sitting two thousand miles away from the Indian capital Delhi, ordered the Iraqi Muslim ruler in India to bring about the destruction on unbeliever Hindus (unbeliever: the Hindus that do not believe in Islam) if they did not accept Islam. The historical chronicles tell us that in the merciless slaughter that ensued, 26,000 Hindu men were murdered and 20,000 young Hindu girls were enslaved and dispatched to Khalifa in Baghdad.
16. Akbar was the slaughterer of Hindus. Jahangir, in his autobiography "Tarikh-i-Salim Shahi" wrote that under Akbar and Jahangir "five to six hundred thousand (over half a million) Hindus were killed." (Tarikh-i-Salim: Translated By Price, pp. 225-6). In Akbar’s military conquest of Chittor in the State of Rajasthan, Abul Fazl recorded that "on Akbar’s orders, eight thousand Rajput warriors were first disarmed and then slain; along with them forty thousand peasants also were slain." (The Islamic treatment of PoW, Surah 8, Ayat 67, the Quran) (Akbarnama by Abul Fazl translated into English by H. Beveridge)
We can go on and on and on… with the never-ending saga of Muslim misdeeds against the Hindus. Hindus may not have readily available with them the specific details of the each one of the above acts of extreme Muslim brutality. The Hindu ‘secular’ leadership also takes extreme pains to ensure that the endless trails of Muslim atrocities… against the Hindus… do not get recalled, remembered, written, memorialized, entered in history books, or spoken from the public platforms. But the naked truth is that the painful wounds of Muslim savagery, treachery, betrayal, deceit, dishonesty, disloyalty, duplicity… on the naïve Hindu psyche… are too numerous to count and too deep to heal.
These painful sores of history – the distant past and still ongoing – have traumatized the Hindus so much and for so long that they just cannot be healed, nor can their memory be completely erased from the Hindu subconscious mind. Hindu mind will continue to be haunted and tortured at the slightest glimpse of the classic pattern of Muslim dishonesty and betrayal.
Does Mr. Kawaja need any more reasons, any more examples, to explain why Hindus don’t trust Muslims and why they appear to be angry at Muslims?

Here is my response to Kaleem Kawaja’s letter titled “Why Hindus are angry at Muslims in India,” published in the India Tribune of August 2, 2008. Hindus have not just one but one million reasons to be angry at Muslims in India. Let me list only a few of them for Mr. Kawaja’s kind-hearted understanding, even though I believe Mr. Kawaja is deliberately acting to be ignorant of the reasons behind this Hindu mindset and the history – past and present. So, I will try to make it as simple and as clear for him as possible… and, for all those ‘secularists’ and Leftists who pretend to be naive just like Mr. Kawaja.
1. First of all, Hindus hold Muslims responsible for the vivisection of their country that they consider as their MOTHER. Hindus adorably call it Bharat-Mata, Matru-Bhoomi, Puniya-Bhoomi, Dharma-Bhoomi, Swarag-Bhoomi, etc.
2. Hindus cannot understand why the Muslims are still living in India. It is a well-known fact that in 1946 elections, more than 90% of the Muslims voted for the breakup of the greater India and the creation of a Muslim land called Pakistan. Despite getting their Muslim land – believe it or not – only 15% Muslims left for the Pakistan and 85% of them stayed put in India. Hindus really want all these Muslims living in India to leave Hindus alone in their country.
3. Hindus are upset that Muslims are having a cake and want to eat it too. Thus, Hindus can see that Muslims have opened a separate bank account for Muslims in Pakistan and Bangladesh, while they are operating a joint bank account with Hindus in India. This is not right and absolutely unfair. Hindus do not want to share the India with Muslims.
4. Again, at the time of Partition of India in 1947, there were 20% Hindus and Sikhs in Pakistan. Now there are only 1% or so. In 1947 there were more than 30% Hindus in East Pakistan (now Bangladesh), at this time there are only 8% Hindus there. Hindus want Muslims to explain what happened to all those Hindus. Hindus are absolutely unhappy about the ethnic cleansing of Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh.
5. Conversely, during the same period the Muslim population in India has been rising with leaps and bounds. Muslim numbers in India have risen from 9% in 1951 to 15% now. Hindus abhor this. In the unprecedented rise of Muslim population in India, Hindus clearly see a mortal threat to their very existence as Hindus. They see this as a conspiracy to breakup and divide their country all over again.
6. Hindus simply will never be able to forget the massive scale of rapes, murders, loot and mayhem let lose by Muslims on the peaceful Hindus in Kashmir and the vicious ethnic cleansing in their own country.
7. How can Hindus forget massacre of our 35 Sikh brothers at Chattisinghpora in the State of Jammu and Kashmir in year 2000, an attack on Jammu and Kashmir State Legislature in October, 2001, another attack on the India’s National Parliament in December 2001, yet another attack on the American Cultural Center in January 2002, the roasting alive of 56 women and children in February 2002 at Godhra Railway Station in Gujarat State, the killing of more than 30 members of families of Army personnel in May 2002, serial bomb attacks on passenger trains and public places in the country’s financial capital Mumbai on August 2005 that killed 46 people and injured 160, another devilish attack on the Hindu religious place, the Akshardham Temple in September 2002 – 29 individuals including 16 women and four children killed, the butchering of Hindus in Mau in State of Uttar Pradesh, the Delhi bomb blasts in October 2005 – 70 people killed, massacre of Gujjars in Doda and Udhampur, in State of Jammu and Kashmir in May 2006, a second series of Mumbai train bomb blasts in July 2006 – 200 people dead, a separate series of bomb blasts in Lucknow, Varanasi, Jaipur, Ahmedabad and Bangluru – hundreds killed.
8. While Hindus in Jammu agitating for the legitimate rights of Hindu pilgrims in Amernath raise the slogan of Bharat Mata ki Jai, the Muslims in Srinagar, to the great mortification and chagrin of Hindus, wave green flags of Pakistan and openly raise the slogans of Pakistan Zindabad (long live Pakistan)! This treacherous behavior of Muslims is unacceptable and outrageous to Hindus and causes a serious heartburn to them.
9. Recently, in a shocking disclosure, India’s National Security Advisor, M.K. Narayanan while talking to newsmen in Singapore disclosed that 800 terrorist cells are operating in the country. These home grown terrorists are none other than the Indian Muslims who provide shelter, guidance, financial assistance and other infrastructure facilities to the terrorists to kill more and more Hindus and destabilize Indian economy. Hindus have every reason to express their indignation and angst at this blatant anti-national activity.
10. All Kashmiri Muslims are doing roaring business all over India. There are Haj Houses all over the country. But the Muslim leaders are openly and repeatedly declaring that they would not give “an inch of land” in Hindu India to Shri Amarnath Shrine Board. What an act of ingratitude!
11. Hindus simply cannot erase from their memory the Great Killings of Calcutta on August 16-17, 1946 in which more than 5,000 Hindus were butchered by Muslim fanatics supported by the Muslim Chief Minister of Bengal. Hindus also vividly recall the genocide of 5,000 unarmed Hindus in Noakhali in Bengal State around the same time. Hindus simply cannot forget the beastly brutalities perpetrated by the West Pakistani Muslim military establishment on the East Pakistan Hindus during the Bangladesh uprising in 1971. Events like these are unparalleled in the history of humanity.
12. Describing the unimaginable capacity of the Muslim mind to conduct the dance of devil, Mr. A. Ghosh, the celebrated author of book “Kafir and Quran,” writes: “In many cases a whole community (of Hindus in East Pakistan) was encircled. Mothers and daughters were raped on a mass scale, in presence of brothers or fathers. Breasts of elderly ladies were chopped off. Pregnant women were disemboweled; infants’ heads were smashed on the floor. Then followed the chopping off of genitals, gouging out of eyes, and on and on and on. As a grand finale, everybody was put in a house and the house was set on fire.”
13. Hindus also remember very well as to how the Sikh Guru Arjun Dev was made to sit on a hot plate over the raging fire and the hot sand was poured over his body… until he died. Hindus and Sikhs will never be able to forget as to how another Sikh Guru, Teg Bahadur Saheb, was murdered in cold blood by the Muslims because he refused to convert to Islam. Hindus remember the two young sons of the last Sikh Guru, Gobind Singh, who were bricked alive by the Muslim ruler, as they refused to embrace the Islam.
14. For the information of Mr. Kawaja, listed here are only a few of the Muslim militant organizations that preach hatred and violence against the Kafirs… principally the Hindus, Sikhs, Jains and Buddhists… and are working overtime to establish Nizame-Mustafa (the Islamic domination) in India: (1) Muslim Volunteer Force, (2) Islamic Revolutionary Front, (3) Islamic Liberation Army of Assam, (4) Jamait-e-Islami, (4) Hurriyat Conference, (5) Jamit-al-Quran Hadis, (6) Tamilnadu Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam, (7) Al Ummah, (8) Islamic Movement of India, (8) Student Islamic Movement of India (the notorious SIMI), (9) Islamic Youth Center, (10) Jihad Committee, (11) Muslim United Liberation Tigers of Assam, (12) Muslim Liberation Front of Assam, (13) Al Huda, (14) Jehad, (15) Tehreek-ul-Mujahideen, (16) National Democratic Front, (17) Mili Parliament, (18) Indian Muslim Mohammadi Mujahideen, and (19) Indian Mujaheden. The principal aim of all the above groups is the annihilation of Hindus.
15. Hindus in India and the Indian subcontinent have witnessed an unprecedented continued chain of barbarism by Muslims in the last 1400 years. In 712 A.D., the then Governor of Iraq sitting two thousand miles away from the Indian capital Delhi, ordered the Iraqi Muslim ruler in India to bring about the destruction on unbeliever Hindus (unbeliever: the Hindus that do not believe in Islam) if they did not accept Islam. The historical chronicles tell us that in the merciless slaughter that ensued, 26,000 Hindu men were murdered and 20,000 young Hindu girls were enslaved and dispatched to Khalifa in Baghdad.
16. Akbar was the slaughterer of Hindus. Jahangir, in his autobiography "Tarikh-i-Salim Shahi" wrote that under Akbar and Jahangir "five to six hundred thousand (over half a million) Hindus were killed." (Tarikh-i-Salim: Translated By Price, pp. 225-6). In Akbar’s military conquest of Chittor in the State of Rajasthan, Abul Fazl recorded that "on Akbar’s orders, eight thousand Rajput warriors were first disarmed and then slain; along with them forty thousand peasants also were slain." We can go on and on and on… with the never-ending saga of Muslim misdeeds against the Hindus. Hindus may not have readily available with them the specific details of the each one of the above acts of extreme Muslim brutality. The Hindu ‘secular’ leadership also takes extreme pains to ensure that the endless trails of Muslim atrocities… against the Hindus… do not get recalled, remembered, written, memorialized, entered in history books, or spoken from the public platforms. But the naked truth is that the painful wounds of Muslim savagery, treachery, betrayal, deceit, dishonesty, disloyalty, duplicity… on the naïve Hindu psyche… are too numerous to count and too deep to heal.
These painful sores of history – the distant past and still ongoing – have traumatized the Hindus so much and for so long that they just cannot be healed, nor can their memory be completely erased from the Hindu subconscious mind. Hindu mind will continue to be haunted and tortured at the slightest glimpse of the classic pattern of Muslim dishonesty and betrayal.
Does Mr. Kawaja need any more reasons, any more examples, to explain why Hindus don’t trust Muslims and why they appear to be angry at Muslims?

FOURTEENTH HINDU SANGATHAN DIVAS
(HINDU UNITY DAY) REPORT
The Hindu Temple Society of North America, The Indian American Intellectuals Forum (“Forum”) and several other Hindu organizations joined hands to celebrate with pomp, pageantry and enthusiasm the Fourteenth Hindu Sangathan Divas (Hindu Unity Day) on August 10, 2008 at Hindu Temple Auditorium in Flushing, New York.
The upscale auditorium was packed to capacity, including the balcony. Inside, there were more than 1000 Hindus present. Putting aside their caste, creed, color, nationality, the Hindus from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Guyana, Trinidad and many other countries, participated in the most unique event of the times – the Hindu Unity Day – with a lot of energy, enthusiasm, zeal and gusto. The assertion of the newly born Hindu pride and confidence had to be seen to be believed.
The high-profile dignitaries, who addressed the huge audience were: Dr. Subramanian Swamy, the Chief Guest and President of Janata Party in India and the former Law Minister; Sardar Joginder Singh, the Keynote Speaker and former Chief of India’s Central Bureau of Intelligence; Rajeev Malhotra, the Founder of Infinity Foundation and a philanthropist; Sri Nithya Bhaktananda Swamy, the very successful business professional turned spiritual master, and Dr. Uma Mysorekar, the President of Hindu Temple Society of North America.
The fact that the event evoked so much of interest and involvement of so many Hindus from the tri-state area, and elsewhere, demolished the frequently propounded theory by the prophets of doom, and exploded their much-hyped myth that the Hindus simply cannot work in unison.
The Hindu public and the assembled leaders deliberated over the serious problems of the persecution of Hindus in Bangladesh, the terrorist bomb blasts in mega Indian cities such as Bangaluru, Jaipur and Ahmedabad, the forcible conversion of Hindus to other religions, the acquisition of Hindu temple lands by governments in India, the return of 100 acre land back to the Amarnath Shrine, widespread terrorism and rampant corruption in governmental agencies. Numerous resolutions were proposed and were passed unanimously by voice vote, and are attached herewith.
In his hard-hitting speech supported by facts, Dr. Subramanian Swamy stated that the anti-Hindu focus of the present UPA government in India has become abundantly obvious, especially in the case of Sethusamudram Ship Channel Project that was supposedly needed to accomplish certain maritime objectives. Here, all along, the government was insisting to follow one particular route that required destroying the historical Rama Setu, the ancient bridge built by the army of Rama in order to reach the island of Lanka.
That was despite the fact that there are five other alternative routes available to accomplish what was needed. Yet, the government was hell-bent on breaking the Rama Setu and hurting the sentiments of nine hundred fifty million Hindus. “Why?” Dr. Swamy asked. “Is that because Karunanidhi (Tamil Nadu Chief Minister) and Sonia (Congress Party Chairperson) hate the Hinduism?”
For the first time since 1947, Hindus have won a court case for Hinduism, by having the Supreme Court direct the national government look for another route because, as the Judges observed, "Where the faith is hurt, development project has to give way." Now the government is exploring an alternative route, which was Dr. Swamy's demand in his Writ Petition, to begin with.
Dr. Swamy argued that the terrorists have political objectives that we can act to nullify. For example, he cited the fact that terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir have killed the Hindu Pandits and driven out 375,000 Hindus to create a Caliphate there. "Retaliate," he thundered, "by sending one million ex-servicemen to settle in the Valley for good. Give them the necessary weapons to defend themselves and also an amount of Rs. 5 lakh each to build their homes."
Furthermore, Dr. Swamy said, “If the terrorists bomb our temples, then send the army to take over the Mosque built on the Kashi-Vishwanath temple, and restore the entire area to Lord Shiva." “If the Bangladeshis infiltrate into India as they have,” Dr. Swamy pointed out, “then demand the territory from Bangladesh.” "Let us send a column of Indian army from Khulna to Sylhet in Bangladesh and annex the top one-third of that nation as the compensation," he said.
The jam-packed auditorium roared with approval at every punch line and gave Dr. Swamy a standing ovation for five minutes when he finally finished his talk.
Speaking on the menace of terrorism, former CBI chief Sardar Joginder Singh said, “Nowhere in the world was the problem of terrorism ever tackled through talks with the terrorists.” Quoting Gulam Nabi Azad, a Congress veteran leader and an ex-Chief Minister of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, Sardar Joginder Singh said, “He (Azad) had once said that ‘bullet-for-bullet’ was the only way to solve the problem of terrorism. You have to kill the terrorists or else they will kill you.”
“Thousands of innocent people have been killed in India due to terrorism,” lamented Joginder Singh, “We should follow the Israeli model to handle terrorism. In Israel, citizens have been trained to be vigilant about the suspicious activities of anti-national elements. Hence, it is the duty of government to encourage citizens to cooperate with it. At the same time, it is the responsibility of every citizen to cooperate with security agencies in capturing terrorists.
Rajeev Malhotra, a highly acclaimed intellectual and a philanthropist, was honored at the Unity event for his exceptional services to the Hindu society. Mr. Malhotra emphasized the importance of maintaining our Hindu identity.
Sri Nitya Bhaktananda Swamy said that Hinduism believes in giving, loving, sharing and caring. Temples play very important role in uniting the Hindu people. Scriptures, Guru-shishya tradition, temples and society are the four pillars of Hindu Dharma.
Dr. Uma Mysorekar said, “It was wrong to say that Hinduism is merely a way of life. Hinduism is a full-fledged religion and has its own scriptures, methodology and identity.”
Earlier in the event, Indira Narasimharajan welcomed the audience. Narain Kataria, the President of Intellectual Forum, while welcoming Sardar Joginder Singh, said that Hindus and Sikhs have suffered immensely at the hands of invaders while they have also rejoiced together. Hindus consider Sikhs as their blood brothers. The system of “Roti” and “Beti” is still prevalent between the Sikhs and Hindus in Punjab. Guru Arjun Dev, Guru Teg Bahadur and Guru Gobind Singh and his four sons sacrificed their lives for the protection of Hindu Dharma. Contributions of Sikhs in the struggle for India’s freedom are unparalleled in the annals of history.
Arish Sahani, the Vice President of the Forum proposed a vote of thanks and Rene Lobo, a distinguished journalist, Director of Community News at television channel ITV and a budding politician emceed the event.

RESOLUTIONS PASSED
We believe that under the present conditions, the future of Hindus is in peril and the survival of India is in danger. To avert this calamity, we strongly urge the Government of India to initiate a process to implement the following resolutions:
1. Abrogate the Article 30 of Indian Constitution because it is discriminatory against majority community (Hindus). It allows state and federal funding to minority institutions, including Madrasas that have become the breeding ground for Islamic terrorism.
2. Implement Uniform Civil Code (Article 44).
3. Repeal Article 370 of India’s Constitution in order to fully integrate Jammu & Kashmir with the rest of India.
4. Expel all illegal infiltrators and set-up stringent conditions to prevent any further infiltration from Bangladesh, Pakistan etc.
5. Free all Hindu temples from the Government control.
6. Ban cow slaughter throughout India.
7. Build Ramjnmabhoomi Temple at Ayodhya (India) by passing a law in the Parliament.
8. Restore the land allotment to the Board of Amarnath Shrine in Jammu.
9. No reservations of any kind on the basis of religion.
10. All citizens must be treated equally; there must be no appeasement and no discrimination.
11. Hindus should establish one billion dollar strong “Hindu Support Fund” to take care of Hindus suffering from the terrorism.
12. In order to bring the Hindus of the world on one platform, Hindu leaders should agree to observe one day in a year, preferably the Guru Purnima Day, as the “International Hindu Unity Day.”

11. Hindus should establish one billion dollar strong “Hindu Support Fund” to take care of Hindus suffering from the terrorism.
12. In order to bring the Hindus of the world on one platform, Hindu leaders should agree to observe one day in a year, preferably the Guru Purnima Day, as the “International Hindu Unity Day.”
