I am enclosing herewith a brilliantly researched  article by Moorthy  S. Muthuswamy, Ph.D.,  published by Albany Government Law Review.   The author is a U.S. based Nuclear Physicist.  He is well-versed in Islamic studies.  He has participated in several anti-terrorism conferences.  He has devoted at least 25 years of his life on the issues of Radical Islam, Jihad (Holy War) and Sharia (Islamic Code of Conduct).  He  is the author of Defeating Political Islam:  The New Cold War.   Here is the link:

This article requires a serious  study by  the Think Tanks on Terrorism, associations and groups of people who want to know more about Jihad, Sharia  and Radical Islam.  It runs into 35 pages.  Please have a casual look at it, save it and read it at your convenience.

In a broad sense, this article calls for a strategy similar to the one used to counter—as part of the Cold War—the ideological basis of the former Soviet Communism, with an understanding that undercutting the influence of  Sharia also helps promote religious freedom and human rights of those under its spell.
