Campaign against Dr. Zakir Naik gaining momentum in Bharat
To express their indignation and anguish, demonstrations were organized at Thane, Mumbra and Mumbai in which the following organizations/their representatives participated:

Several police complaints have been filed against Dr. Zakir Naik in several districts in Maharashtra and Karnataka. A Memorandum was submitted to the Home Minister of Maharashtra . One pro-Hindu group took out a march to Prime Minister’s house.
As a result of mass mobilization, rage and unity displayed by Hindus, Dr. Zakir Naik’s scheduled programs were cancelled in Mumbai, Thane and Mumbra by Police. This is a great victory for Hindus. We hereby express our solidarity with Hindus in Bharat and appreciate their courage and tenacity.

Also please note that Dr. Zakir Naik is regarded as an exponent of Salafi ideology – the extreme form of Islam. Salafi Muslims were responsible for the murder of four Americans in Libya. Salafi Muslims are pushing to the forefront in the politics of the Middle East. Dr. Naik wants India to be ruled by Sharia law (Islamic Law).
He is considered as a persona non grata in U.K., Canada, Australia and USA for his “unacceptable behavior”, and restrictions have been put on his entry in many countries.

Dear Sir,
I too am disgusted with the type of supremacist religious ideology propounded by the so called doctor Zakir Naik. These peaceful marches to the Prime mister or the president's house are not going to help. If you really want to stop this doctor of poison you have to ensure that there is a legal case against him filed in each and every court in the country for'Inciting communal hatred' u/s 505 of the IPC. Let all affected persons file cases against Zakir Naik and have him banned from ever uttering a word in public.
