20TH ANNUAL HINDU UNITY DAY
IN NEW YORK ON AUGUST 30, 2015We hereby solemnly take a vow that:1. From this day onward we will work for the rejuvenation, reinvigoration, unification and consolidation of the Hindu Samaj;
2. If there is any discrimination, injustice or cruelty perpetrated on any Hindu anywhere in the world, we will raise our voices in unison to protest;
3. We will say or do nothing which will create a rift in the Hindu Samaj;
4. We will devote our time, energy , talent, and wealth (Tan, Man and Dhan) to nurturing, preserving and propagating the Hindu values of life, viz. truthfulness, yoga, meditation, peaceful coexistence, compassion and charity;5. We will always support the associations, organizations, individuals, groups which have dedicated their lives to the service of Hindu Samaja;
6. We will keep a vigilant eye on anti-Hindu forces in media which have been unfairly and deliberately slandering and demonizing Hindu Samaj; we will vigorously expose their mean, malicious and mendacious designs so that they stop forthwith.=

We are horrified to
note that Mulla Moin Siddiqui, President
of All India Faizan-e-Madina Council, a radical Islamist organization, has
declared a Fatwa and offered a bounty of 5 million Indian rupees on the head of
Dr. Subramanian Swamy, a senior BJP leader and 2.5 million Indian rupees on the
head of Sanjay Raut, a Shiv Sena Member of Indian Parliament, respectively.
After the advent of
ISIS, Indian Muslims have been considerably radicalized. People like Moin
Siddiqui derive their inspiration from
ISIS, Al Qaeda, Boko Haram, Al Shabab, Al Nusra, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, Indian
Mujahideen, SIMI and other similar terrorist groups extolling the virtue
of violence, hate and savagery; and practice Islamic supremacism.
India is a
sovereign democratic republic and runs according to its Constitution. Issuance
of Fatwa by these hotheads is not only an antithesis of the democratic spirit
of Indian nation but ultra vires of Indian Constitution, and hence
illegal. It is a matter of great disgrace that radical Islamists run their
own parallel government in a Hindu nation and brazenly issue orders to kill top
Hindu leaders! The diabolical aim of these Islamo-fascists is to gag the
voice of Hindus and terrorize them into submission.
Hindus and other
non-Muslims whom devout Muslims consider “infidels” should understand
clearly that Islamic Jihad is the doctrine of permanent warfare. Muslim religious
scriptures ordain on Muslims to keep on fighting until the country where they
live is converted from dar al-Harb (enemy country) to dar al-Islam (Islamic
nation). Hence, it will be not only futile but also the height of our
idiosyncrasy to believe that we can counter their bigotry and obscurantism by
dilettantism; and will defeat the Jihadists.
It is also the
first and foremost duty of the Government of India to protect their
citizens from this kind of harassment and threats to their existence. Any
procrastination by Indian Government over this critical issue will further
embolden the radical Islamists, fifth columnists, agents provocateurs, sleeping
cells, who are anxiously waiting to unleash murder and mayhem, death and
destruction on simple-minded, peace-loving Hindus.
In order to stop
the extermination, extirpation and annihilation of Hindus, it is incumbent on
the part of Government of India to take immediate and stringent action against
Mr. Siddiqui and put him in the Tihar Jail for him to
languish there for the rest of his life.

American Intellectuals Forum, we would like to thank profusely the august
gathering along with all the movers and
shakers of the Indian American community who spared their precious time and graced this momentous event with their presence.
The topic of Dr. Subramanian
Swamy’s speech was “Current Political Situation in India and Elections in 2014”. Dr. Subramanian Swamy lucidly dwelt on the issue and highly
impressed/inspired the audience with his

PROTEST AGAINST UNWARRANTED HARASSMENT OF
DR. SUBRAMANIAN SWAMY, PRESIDENT, JANATA
PARTY

We, the undersigned, hereby submit this
Memorandum to you to express our disgust and abhorrence against the unwarranted
harassment of Dr. Subramanian Swamy, President, Janata Party and a prominent
Indian leader who has emerged as the embodiment of resistance against
totalitarian and corrupt system.
Dr. Swamy is
being hounded by the Governmental agencies for writing an article three months
ago in an Indian newspaper in which he had expressed his opinion as to how to solve
the problem of Islamic terror in India.
In that article he had also appealed to all the Hindus to unite against
the challenge of Islamic terrorism. There were no communal disturbances
due to that article.
Calling Dr.
Swamy “anti-Muslim” is a lie perpetrated by corrupt and
anti-nationalists.
It is a
matter of great regret and shame that truthful, bold and honest Indian leaders
like Dr. Subramanian Swamy are being threatened by Congress volunteers and
Jihadists.
It is alleged
that under pressure from Home Minister Shri Chidambaram, a frivolous FIR has
been registered against Dr. Swamy in New
Delhi
In addition
to that India Govt.
refuses to act on his request for housing in a safer environment in New Delhi

Feb 21, 2009: Dr. Swamy was physically assaulted in Tamilnadu by lawyers, right in front of High Court Judge.

behind all the above insidious activities is to muzzle Dr. Swamy’s voice,
slander him in the eyes of public and ultimately put him in jail.
We are afraid
that once Dr. Swamy is put in the jail, sinister attempt would be hatched to
immobilize him physically as well as mentally for ever.
Hence, we
request you to please convey our feelings to the Government of India
We would also
like to bring to your attention that our
protest should not be construed as an anti-India activity. India

POWERFUL PROTEST IN SUPPORT OF DR.
SUBRAMANIAN SWAMY, NEAR CONSULATE GENERAL OF INDIA
IN NEW YORK
A Protest Demonstration was successfully
organized by Indian Americans under the banner of Indian American Intellectuals
Forum, Save India from Corruptions and several other associations in New York
on Sunday, October 16th, to
express their disgust and abhorrence against the unwarranted harassment of Dr.
Subramanian Swamy, President, Janata Party and a prominent Indian leader who
has emerged as the embodiment of resistance against totalitarian and corrupt
system.
The protesters, many of whom flew from Chicago and drove
250-300 miles from neighboring states, carried
banners saying “Sonia Gandhi – Shame, Shame”, “Down with Sonia Gandhi”, and Save Dr. Swamy – Save Indian
Democracy”. They shouted slogans: “Mother of Corruption – Sonia Gandhi”, “Sonia
Gandhi – Fake Gandhi” and “Congress Hatao
– Desh Bachao”.

Dr. Swamy is being hounded by the
Governmental agencies for exposing corruption in high places and for writing an
article three months ago in an Indian newspaper in which he had expressed his
views as to how to solve the problem of Islamic terror in India. In that article he had also appealed to all
the Hindus to unite against the challenge of Islamic terrorism.
“It is a matter of great regret and

The Memorandum also listed the series of
attacks on Dr. Swamy’s residence, office and on him in Madurai
